Church to Residence

The clients requested the conversion of a large vacant church into a primary residential space in an Italian mid-century style. They required an open plan as they are avid entertainers and primary areas where guests will flow and move throughout the home include the foyer, living room, kitchen, and dining room. These public zones are adjacent with multiple entryways into each room. Bedrooms and private baths are located together on the north side of the home in the privacy zone.
